Ibrahim Youssef

Ibrahim Youssef is a seasoned technical leader with extensive experience in the cybersecurity and IT industry. Currently serving at Trend Micro since February 2015, Ibrahim has held various leadership roles, including Technical Head for North Africa & Levant and Sales Engineer Manager, where responsibilities have included human resource management for sales engineers, operational strategy development, and customer satisfaction enhancement through technical support. Prior to Trend Micro, Ibrahim held positions at Intercom Enterprises as a Senior Security Consultant and System Engineer, overseeing technical support and consulting services. Additional experience includes roles as an Outsource Engineer at Cairo Capital Securities and early career training in telecommunications at Telecom Egypt and Internet Egypt. Ibrahim holds an Information Security Diploma from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Communications Engineering from the Higher Technological Institute.
