Laili Lim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and marketing operations, currently serving as the Director of Sales Ops for the AMEA region at Trend Micro since June 2012. Throughout this tenure, Laili has held various senior managerial positions, focusing on sales and cloud operations across different markets, including Korea and Southeast Asia. Prior to joining Trend Micro, Laili worked at Possible Worldwide as the eMarketing Services Lead for the APAC and EMEA regions, and started the career at BLUE Interactive Marketing Pte. Ltd. as a Program Manager. Laili holds a degree from the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, completed between 1999 and 2002.
