Meihua Chen

Meihua Chen is a Senior Product Manager with extensive experience in launching global-scale SaaS and cybersecurity products. At Trend Micro, they led the end-to-end product lifecycle of a multi-cloud SaaS security solution, achieving $2M in revenue and significant user retention improvements. Previously, as a User Experience Researcher at Dell, Meihua established testing protocols that enhanced product quality and user satisfaction. Currently, they serve as an Adjunct Lecturer at Soochow University, teaching design thinking and creative strategy to empower students as creative problem-solvers. Meihua holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Integrated Product Design from the University of Pennsylvania.
