Oscar Chang

EVP, Research & Development at Trend Micro

Oscar Chang is the EVP of Research & Development at Trend Micro. Prior to their current position, they served as Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy and Development at NBCUniversal Media, LLC from June 2015 to May 2021. Chang also participated in Comcast's CORE Program from July 2013 to June 2015, which is a 2-year rotational program that gives participants exposure to various aspects of Comcast/NBCUniversal. Oscar's rotations included Comcast Cable Corporate Finance, Ad Sales Finance for Telemundo, and NBC Corporate Strategy. Prior to their time at Comcast, Chang interned at Merrill Lynch from January 2012 to May 2012. Oscar also has experience as a Business Development Intern at Carbon Voyage from June 2011 to August 2011 and as a Founder at Haumana Storage from April 2012 to June 2013. Haumana Storage is a company that turns the room of students into storage units for other students, offering cheaper storage and making homeowners money. Chang began their professional career as a Summer Business Intern at Maui Varieties Ltd. from June 2010 to August 2010.

Oscar Chang graduated from Radford High School. Oscar then went on to study at the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business, where they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration. In addition, they hold minors in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Southern California - Dornsife College, and in Web Technology and Applications (Programming) from the University of Southern California - Viterbi School of Engineering.

Their manager is Eva Chen, CEO. They are on a team with Claudia Wu - SVP, Human Resources, Hernán Armbruster - SVP, Americas, and Frank Kuo - Chief Platform Officer. and Abraham Chien - Senior Manager reports to Oscar Chang.
