Rick Abbott has extensive experience in product operations and quality assurance within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Product Operations Manager and previously as a Product Manager for Hybrid Cloud Security at Trend Micro since June 2014, Rick has built a strong foundation in product management. Prior to this, experience includes leading the Software Quality Assurance Team at Diablo Technologies from October 2012 to April 2014, as well as acting as QA Manager for Deep Security products at Trend Micro from 2005 to 2012. Earlier in the career, Rick worked as a QA Specialist at Entrust Inc. from 1999 to 2005. Educational qualifications include a degree in Computer Science with a focus on Computer Programming from Algonquin College and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Carleton University.
