Sean O'Keeffe

Sean O'Keeffe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and customer service leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Technical Service for Europe at Trend Micro since April 2015, Sean has played a pivotal role in Trend's Global Technical Transformation and has been recognized as the Global Support Council Leader for innovative contributions in European technical support. Prior to Trend Micro, Sean held the position of Sr. Director of Support and Global Escalation at FireEye, where the EMEA support team was developed from the ground up. Sean's earlier tenure at EMC included various leadership roles, such as Senior Director of Technical Support EMEA and Director of Technical Support - Asia, showcasing a strong focus on strategic and operational leadership in customer support across multiple regions. Sean holds an MBA from The University of Manchester and a degree in Electronic Engineering from Munster Technological University.
