Sean Park

Sean Park is a Principal Threat Researcher at Trend Micro, specializing in AI security with a focus on threats and the security of deep learning models and large language models (LLMs). Sean's research on advanced threat detection and cybercrime prevention using AI has been presented at major conferences, including BlackHat and RSA. Prior to this, Sean held various positions, including Senior Malware Scientist at FireEye and Senior Information Security Consultant at Westpac, where they made significant contributions to malware detection and prevention in the banking sector. Sean's academic credentials include a Master's degree and a PhD in Computer Science from the University of New South Wales and Federation University Australia, respectively.
