Yu-Cing Liou

Yu-Cing (Kim) Liou is a seasoned Sr. UX Designer at Trend Micro since September 2019, leading the redesign of a platform for security awareness training and developing solutions for automotive cybersecurity vulnerabilities. Prior experience includes serving as a UX Designer at AJA Creative Design, where notable projects included award-winning mobile banking apps and chatbots for major financial institutions. Earlier roles include internships at National Taiwan University, EVERDAY OBJECT, Dell Technologies, Gk Dynamics Tokyo, and 汎索企業有限公司, contributing to service design, product design, and brand development initiatives. Yu-Cing holds a Master’s Degree in Media and Interaction Design from National Cheng Kung University and participated in an exchange program focusing on Human Computer Interaction Design at KTH Royal Institute of Technology. A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Product Design was also earned from National Cheng Kung University.
