Trendoline is a short video and photo challenge platform built on a simple belief: the best moments online are the ones you take part in, not the ones you scroll past.

Everything here starts with a challenge. Someone posts one, a dance, a recipe, a football trick, a shoe they are painting, a small act of kindness, and anyone can join with a short video of their own. The community votes, the leaderboard moves while you watch, and the challenge closes with a winner. You can also go one on one in a duel: challenge a friend to answer your video with theirs, and let everyone decide.

Underneath all of it sits a rule we care about deeply. In the feed, your follower count buys you nothing. Every entry gets the same chance to be seen, so someone with eleven followers and someone with a million stand on exactly the same ground. Content wins, not status. For a lot of people, that is the first time the door has been open at all.

We built this because scrolling alone for hours leaves you empty, and playing with your friends does not. Trendoline is a place to show what you make, to compete for the fun of it, to be seen by people who had no reason to find you, and to laugh about it afterwards. If you are shy, or new in a city, or starting from zero, a challenge is an easy way in.

Where we go next matters just as much. We want challenges to step off the screen: a green day where everyone plants a tree and films it, a day where everyone helps one person and shares the moment. The competition is the invitation. The awareness is the point.

Trendoline began as an idea in 2014 and took nine years, several dead ends and a lot of stubbornness to become real. Today it is live on iOS and Android, and it is only the beginning of what we want it to be.

Challenge the moment with the world.
