Robert Mott is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in various supervisory roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Superintendent at Trendsetter Construction, Inc. since December 2022 and at Schwob Energy Services since April 2022, Robert has demonstrated strong leadership capabilities. Previous positions include Construction Superintendent at Jacobe Brothers Construction and Reid Construction, as well as roles at Hoar Construction and Structural Assurance.
