Henry N.

Henry N. is currently the Head of Value Creation at Lightspeed Venture Partners, leading initiatives across private equity, growth, and venture capital. Previously, they held positions as an Investment Professional focused on PE value creation at Permira and Vector Capital, and served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. Henry's experience also includes roles in capital markets at Dealogic and Guggenheim Partners, and regional operations management at Uber. They have contributed as a board observer for multiple companies, including Zendesk and CloudSense, and currently serve on the board of ezCater and Radiant Security. Henry earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Finance and International Business from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
