Henry Chen

Henry Chen currently serves as the Vice President of Account Management at Trepp, Inc., a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Henry accumulated over two decades of experience at Freddie Mac, where notable titles included Senior Portfolio Manager in Investment & Capital Markets and Associate Director of Multifamily Capital Markets. During time at Freddie Mac, Henry led significant initiatives such as the development of mortgage-backed securities (MBS) and the successful Small Balance Loan securitization program. Henry holds an MBA in Finance from the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William & Mary and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Washington.
