Dr. Roman Levchenko

CTO, Co-Founder at Tresio

Dr. Roman Levchenko has a diverse range of work experience. Dr. Roman is currently the CTO and Co-Founder of Tresio, a position they have held since May 2020. In October 2020, they also became a Scientific Solution Architect at Forschungszentrum Jülich.

Prior to these roles, Dr. Levchenko was a Co-Founder and CTO of Dynamic AI56 from June 2018 to September 2020. In this role, they were responsible for product vision, high-level management, executing PoC and RFPs, building and mentoring teams, and managing marketing materials.

Before Dynamic AI56, Dr. Levchenko worked at VerneAI as the CTO from July 2017 to May 2018. Here, they focused on the growth and mentoring of IT and NLP teams, as well as high-level prediction, NLP diagnostics, and software algorithm optimization.

Dr. Levchenko's earlier experience includes roles as a Visiting Researcher at Institut FEMTO-ST from December 2016 to May 2017 and at Technische Universität Berlin from March 2016 to May 2016. Dr. Roman also served as an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Crimea Federal University from September 2014 to May 2016, where they taught various IT courses and supervised students on different projects.

Additionally, Dr. Levchenko worked as the CTO and Project Architect at Online Game Eternal-Online.RU from 2013 to 2015 and as a Lead Software Development Engineer and Project Architect from 2011 to 2013. Dr. Roman also held positions as a Research Associate and a Senior Software Engineer Research Development at the Centre for Medical and Biotechnical Research, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine from 2009 to 2014.

Dr. Levchenko's experience also includes being a Visiting Researcher at Universität Potsdam in June and July 2011.

Dr. Roman Levchenko obtained their High School Diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science from Secondary and High School #23 in Simferopol, Crimea, Ukraine. Dr. Roman then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from V.I. Vernadsky Taurida National University, completing their studies from 2002 to 2007. Dr. Roman furthered their education by attaining a PhD in Engineering specializing in Computer Science from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, which they completed from 2007 to 2011.
