Edwin Schiepers

Edwin Schiepers is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning over two decades in various managerial and technical roles. Currently serving as the Manager of Engineering at Trespa since December 2015, Edwin focuses on data-driven improvements, utilizing extensive analytical tools such as Minitab and SAP. Previously, in the role of Unit Production Manager, effective management of a 35-person team led to significant enhancements in factory performance, including a 15% decrease in defect levels and a 20% increase in availability. Edwin's diverse experience includes project management roles at ASML and TomTom, along with senior engineering positions at Pelikon MFLEX, Multi-Fineline Electronix, and Philips Mobile Display Systems. Edwin holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences.
