TRESS CAPITOL ADVISORS LLC is a state government affairs firm based in Albany, New York.  Our growing firm provides customized services to corporate, non-profit and trade association clients with the goal of maximizing their participation in New York State government.  We specialize in state government relations, public affairs and political and issue strategic consulting.

Our firm has over two decades of experience representing varied interests, with a focus on health care.  Our issue portfolio includes primary and home care; consumer access to substance abuse, mental health and infertility care; child nutrition; women’s health care access; research funding for the spinal cord-injured; prescription drug access; and criminal justice.  In addition to our issue advocacy, we provide strategic advocacy in helping clients access state discretionary and other funds, including for our health care and cultural institution clients.
