As VP of Marketing, you know there’s no pause button.

That gives you the time & breathing room –

👉🏼 To make the foundational changes you need.
👉🏼 To your team. To your brand. To your lifecycle. To your vendors. To your website…

During a high-growth stage in your company:

😮 Your CEO is going to pop by with a heads-up about another acquisition.

🚒 Sales will press for more leads. (Putting out fires!)

⛑ A key team member will struggle with the pressure and need your attention.

This is how it goes.

And it’s why I offer Marketing leaders expert support at this very specific time.

✅ We make necessary improvements concurrently vs. incrementally

✅ Using a proven Marketing transformation framework

✅ You get expert support, where we can make the greatest impact

No more being limited by time capacity.

This is how to get results, faster. 👏

“Catherine’s support allowed me to lean into levelling up another business unit, confident that the changes we needed in B2C retail were in experienced hands.” ~ VP Marketing

“You help us look from further above to come up with a plan to become more successful yet be flexible enough to make changes if other new opportunities come up.” ~ Vice President

“I brought Catherine in during an extended search. She stabilized the team, improved program performance, and onboarded the incoming VP. My confidence in her allowed me to focus on transforming other areas of the business.” ~ CEO
