Eric Bourguignon

Eric Bourguignon is a consumer M&A executive, entrepreneur, and board adviser. As the Founding Partner at Experium Capital Advisers, established in Q4 2018, Eric focuses on advising corporates and private equity funds within the Retail, Consumer, and Leisure sectors. Previously, they held key positions at Stifel Nicolaus Europe, Cantor Fitzgerald, and HSBC Investment Banking, where they specialized in M&A, equity capital markets, and debt financing. Eric's education includes an MBA from London Business School and a Master's degree in International Business from EDHEC Business School. Currently, they serve as a board adviser for multiple organizations, including Trevor Sorbie and Murdock London.
