Jesse Lyons

Jesse Lyons has held a number of positions since 2003. Jesse began as a Graduate Student at UCSF, followed by a Visiting Postdoctoral Researcher at Fundación Ciencia Para la Vida and a Postdoctoral Associate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). In 2016, they became a Senior Scientist at Torque, and in 2019 they were appointed Associate Director at TRex Bio. Jesse has also served as a Contributing Writer at Footnote since 2012.

Jesse Lyons received a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Columbia University in 2003. Jesse then went on to pursue a PhD in Biomedical Sciences (Cancer Biology) at the University of California, San Francisco, which they completed in 2010.
