Allen Shaw has a comprehensive and varied work experience spanning several roles and industries. Allen has held positions such as Director of Plant Operations at Trex Company, US Director of Operations at PAC Worldwide, Vice President of Operations at CPG Building Products, Vice President of Manufacturing at Sony DADC, Director of Technical Support at Cinram Manufacturing, and Manager of Process Engineering at Steag Hamatech USA Inc. Throughout their career, Allen has shown a strong focus on driving cultural change, increasing efficiency standards, improving safety and quality, and effectively managing operations and supply chain. Allen has also successfully led consolidation plans, expanded product lines, and increased customer satisfaction.
