Michael Reger

Director, Distribution & Facilities at Trex

Michael Reger has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Michael is currently working at Trex Company as the Director of Distribution & Facilities since November 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Distribution from March 2020 to November 2022 at the same company.

Before joining Trex Company, they worked at Reckitt Benckiser, Inc., where they served as the RB Health - Logistics Integration Project Leader from May 2019 to March 2020. In this role, they led the project efforts to develop a new health supply chain within RB Health and integrate the Mead Johnson Business. Michael supported various activities, including the construction of a new distribution center and the design and implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS) across multiple sites. Michael also contributed to the integration of a new transportation planning system.

Michael also worked as the Northeast Logistics Leader from March 2018 to April 2019 and as the Logistics Center Leader from March 2017 to March 2018 at Reckitt Benckiser, Inc.

Prior to joining Reckitt Benckiser, Inc., Michael worked at McKesson Medical-Surgical, where they held several roles. Michael served as the Distribution Center Operations Manager from August 2015 to March 2017. Before that, they worked as the Distribution Center Stabilization Team Lead from July 2014 to August 2015 and as the Operations Integration Project Manager from August 2013 to July 2014. Michael began their tenure at McKesson Medical-Surgical as the Business Processes Manager from October 2011 to August 2013.

Michael also gained work experience at Newport News Shipbuilding, A Division of Huntington Ingalls Industries as the Admin Generalist 2 from June 2011 to October 2011.

Michael started their career at Ferguson Enterprises Inc. as a Logistics Trainee from May 2006 to September 2008. Michael later served as the Private Label Supply Chain Analyst from August 2009 to June 2011, being responsible for analyzing demand, stocking status, and replenishment paths for private label brands.

Throughout their career, Michael has accumulated extensive experience in supply chain management, logistics, project leadership, integration, and operations management.

Michael Reger graduated from Clemson University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management, focusing on logistics. Michael later obtained an MBA from William & Mary - Raymond A. Mason School of Business in 2013, specializing in Business Administration.
