Steven Phillips

Steven Phillips is an experienced Product Manager currently at Trex Company since June 2011, where responsibilities include managing the P&L of TrexTrim, overseeing contract and pricing negotiations, and implementing product quality control. Additionally, Steven supports sales and training, as well as trade show planning in collaboration with Brand Management. Prior to this role, Steven served as Director of Fastening Systems and Product Manager at PrimeSource Building Products from April 2006 to June 2011, focusing on the development and launch of new Grip-Rite product lines. Steven holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Letters, both from the University of Oklahoma.
