Our History

Headquartered in Franklin, TN, our division was founded in 1997 providing all underwriting, claims, and policy services on behalf of contracted agencies in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, Nevada, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. 
As an outgrowth of the Alabama Farmers Federation, our parent company was founded in 1946. Alfa® has earned a reputation as one of the nation’s most stable, reliable and affordable providers of insurance.
