James Archer

James Archer has an extensive work experience spanning from 2000 to the present. In 2000, they worked as an Energy Express Mentor for AmeriCorps. From 2000 to 2004, they were a Student Manager for Technical Support Services at Hiram College, and a Student Network Engineer from 2000 to 2001. From 2004 to 2006, they were the User Services Manager for Information & Technology Services at Washington & Jefferson College. From 2006 to 2010, they were a Senior Network Administrator at HDMS. From 2010 to 2015, they were a Systems Engineering Manager at Health Data Management Solutions (HDMS). From 2015 to 2016, they were an Infrastructure Project Engineer III at Lazorpoint. Finally, from 2016 to 2023, they have been an IT Director of Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Cloud Architect, and IT Manager of E-Business Center of Excellence at Sherwin-Williams.

James Archer obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Hiram College in 2004. In March 2017, they received a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance.
