Sameh EL-Ansary

Sameh EL-Ansary is a highly experienced entrepreneur and technologist. Sameh has worked in a number of companies since 2000. In 2000, they worked as a Researcher at the Swedish Institute of Computer Science (SICS). In 2007, they co-founded Hive Streaming and was also an Assistant Professor at Nile University. In 2014, they co-founded Racefox and was the Big Data & Cloud Lead. From 2013 to 2019, they were the Founder and CEO of Novelari, offering contract R&D services and CTO-As-A-Service consulting for a number of Swedish startups. Sameh also conducted BigData professional training in Egypt and Sweden and designed Egypt's 1st Blockchain development bootcamp for professionals. In 2019, they were an Entrepreneur at Antler, an Adjunct Professor at The American University in Cairo, and an Instructor & Content Creator in the Data Engineering nano-degree at Udacity. In 2020, they founded Treyd and is currently the Founder and CTO.

Sameh EL-Ansary completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The American University in Cairo between 1993 and 1998. Sameh then went on to complete a Master of Science in Computer Science from The American University in Cairo between 1998 and 2000. Finally, they completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science from KTH Royal Institute of Technology between 2001 and 2005.
