John Sullivan

John joined Trez Capital in 2017.

Previously, John was an active commercial real estate broker focusing on land acquisition and development. He has served as the in-house broker and corporate counsel for Centurion American Development Group and was a designated broker for Texas Land Advisors, where he assisted clients in the acquisition, entitlement, development and sale of land in the DFW Metroplex. Prior to that, John was a member of the land acquisition, due diligence and development teams for Security Capital Group.

John is a licensed real estate broker and attorney with an extensive background in real estate brokerage, investment, entitlement, and commercial and residential land development.
