Andrew Jones is an experienced educator currently serving as Assistant Headteacher at The Reach Free School since July 2016, with a focus on teaching and learning, staff professional development, mentoring, and line managing English and PE. In addition, Andrew is the Professional Development Lead at The Watford Partnership for Teacher Training and previously held roles including Hub Manager at Challenge Partners and Specialist Leader of Education at Herts & Bucks Teaching Schools Alliance.
