Alan Blakemore has a diverse work experience spanning over decades. Alan began their career in the United States Marine Corps as a Corporal from May 1985 to July 1989. Alan then worked at Sunset Direct as a Sr Account Executive for the Cisco Account from December 1999 to June 2004, where they generated leads, facilitated sales meetings, and maintained customer relationships. At Dell, they served as a Sr. Account Manager from June 2004 to February 2009, managing sales and support for corporate accounts while exceeding quotas and utilizing a consultative approach. From April 2009 to August 2014, they worked at Intuit as a Territory Account Manager, responsible for providing business software and Cloud Services/SaaS solutions, consistently exceeding goals and cultivating customer relationships. At CA Technologies, they worked as a Layer 7 API Management/Security Account Manager from September 2014 to May 2018, driving enterprise sales, managing a pipeline, and achieving company goals. Alan joined Nakisa as a Regional Account Manager, Customer Success from October 2018 to June 2019, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue generation. From August 2019 to February 2021, they were a Proprietor/Entrepreneur at Blue Ridge Farms. Alan joined the Health & Safety Institute (HSI) in February 2021 as a Customer Success Manager, providing safety and compliance solutions, achieving high customer satisfaction, and ensuring retention. Currently, they work at TRG Screen as a Client Success Manager, starting in October 2022.
