Mark Thornton

Mark Thornton began their work experience as a Support Manager at Measuresoft Development Ltd in July 2014. Mark then joined Vela in August 2015 as an Application Support Engineer and later became a Senior Applications Support Engineer in April 2018. In May 2019, Mark transitioned to the role of Senior Implementation Engineer at Vela, where they took ownership of customer onboarding and process improvement. In November 2019, they joined TRG Screen as a Customer Success Manager, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction. Mark currently holds the position of Technical Solutions Team Lead at TRG Screen, starting in April 2022.

Mark Thornton completed their Master's Degree in Electronics and Software Engineering at the University of Ulster from 2009 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended St. Patrick's Academy in Dungannon from 2001 to 2008, where they studied A Level Media Studies with a grade of B, Biology with a grade of C, and Mathematics with a grade of D.
