Jonathon Hilvers is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as Quality Manager at TRG since November 2025, Jonathon previously held the same position at Avient Corporation from April 2021 to November 2025 and at O-I from January 2014 to September 2020, where additional roles included Assistant Quality Manager and Project Engineer. Prior to that, Jonathon worked as Quality Assurance Manager at Anchor Glass Container LLC and gained valuable engineering experience during an Engineering Co-Op at Arclin, focusing on process design and P&ID drawings.
