Nicholas Bandoch

Nicholas Bandoch has a diverse work experience in marketing and communications. Nicholas worked as the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Communications at Tri City National Bank, where they were responsible for the overall marketing strategy, creative development, digital communication, public relations, media buying, and event planning. Nicholas also served as the Vice President of Marketing at the bank, where they implemented a new logo, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategy.

Prior to their role at the bank, Nicholas worked at Sendik's Food Market as the Communications Director, where they developed and executed marketing and branding plans for store openings, led a marketing team, and negotiated media contracts and sponsorship agreements. Nicholas also served as the Communications Manager at Sendik's, where they directed a graphic design team, managed the company's social media presence, and negotiated media contracts.

Before their time at Sendik's, Nicholas worked at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel as an Account Executive and Account Specialist, where they managed key accounts and negotiated advertising contracts. Nicholas was also responsible for sales presentations, forecasting monthly sales figures, and maintaining records of orders and invoicing.

Nicholas's early work experience includes a role as a Marketing Editorial Assistant at the Green Bay Press-Gazette and a Public Relations Intern at the Green Bay Packers.

Nicholas Bandoch has pursued their education at various institutions. Nicholas completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in English at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Subsequently, Nicholas Bandoch pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Nicholas also participated in the NGA Executive Leadership Development Program at the University of Southern California.
