Morgan Roach has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008 as a Teachers Assistant at Lean As You Grow. Morgan also worked as an Actress at Fright Night at the Fair during the same year. In 2010, Morgan served as the President of Kappa Epsilon in the Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity. Morgan also held the role of Director of Leadership Development in the fraternity from 2010 to 2014. Morgan was the Historian for the fraternity from 2012 to 2014, where they documented the club's accomplishments and activities.

Starting in 2013, Morgan worked as the Director of Hockey Operations at Wagner College. In this role, they focused on improving operational systems, processes, and policies, as well as managing and increasing the effectiveness of support services. Morgan concurrently worked as a Senior Event Staff member at Wagner College, where they assisted with event organization and ensured safety at events.

In 2014, Morgan joined American Drain Cleaning as a Jr. Mechanic. Morgan then worked at Lifestyles for the Disabled from 2016 to 2019, holding various roles such as Medicaid Service Coordinator QIDP, Medicaid Service Coordinator QIDP, and Direct Support Professional. Their responsibilities included service coordination and providing support to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.

In 2015, Morgan served as a Special Project Intern at Staten Island Partnership for Community Wellness (SIPCW). Their role involved working on special projects within the organization.

Most recently, Morgan Roach joined Tri-County Care CCO in 2019 as a Care Manager.

Morgan Roach completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare Administration from Wagner College, graduating in 2016. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Wagner College in 2014. Morgan's earlier education includes attending Weshill Senior High School from 2006 to 2010, where they received an Advance Designation in General Studies. Additionally, Morgan obtained several certifications, including being a Willowbrook Class Member Certified by OPWDD in October 2018, becoming a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) in March 2018, and earning CPR and AED certification in September 2016.
