Lucy Morlan

Lucy Morlan is the Sr Director of Chapter Operations for Delta Delta Delta Fraternity, a role they have held since 2013. Previously, they worked as the Assistant Director of Student Involvement and Leadership at Washington University in St. Louis from 2007 to 2013, where they provided programming guidance and oversaw Greek organizations. Lucy holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Iowa State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Sports Administration, and Marketing from Simpson College. Originally from Iowa, they have adapted to life in Texas while pursuing their passion for empowering young leaders, particularly women.
