Timothy Ryan

Timothy Ryan has an extensive work experience in the mortgage industry. Timothy started their career in 1998 as a Loan Officer at UAMC and worked their way up to become a Branch Manager. Timothy was responsible for managing the sales and operations staff, builder relations, customer service, P&L management, budget planning, and recruitment. In 2005, Timothy joined Bank of America as a VP Branch Manager, where they contributed to the successful launch of the KB Home JV and significantly increased yearly closed loan retention. Timothy managed a loan officer staff of 32 during the housing boom. In 2011, they joined MetLife Home Loans as a Branch Manager for KB Home, where they developed a strong relationship with the builder partner and handled day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and P&L management. After that, they served as a Regional Vice President at Home Community Mortgage, managing West Coast originations activity and providing mortgage assistance to KB Home customers. Currently, Timothy is the Vice President of Regional Production at Tri Pointe Connect, where they are responsible for branch sales activities in Las Vegas, NV.

Timothy Ryan earned their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Corporate Finance from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Timothy studied at the university from 1984 to 1989.
