The Tri-State/Service Roofing & Sheet Metal Group is a full-service specialty contracting company established in 1923.  Services include commercial roofing, sheet metal, and HVAC/mechanical contracting. 

Tri-State/Service Group specifies, installs, maintains, and repairs low-slope and steep-slope roofing: metal, slate, tile, shingle, single-ply, and multi-ply roofing, including EPDM, PVC, modified, and BUR. We specialize in leak repair and are available to respond to leak emergencies at any time.

Professional and custom metal fabrication is handled in-house in support of our roofing and mechanical divisions. Our craftsmen can field measure, design, lay out, and fabricate sheet metal products to meet your need for just about anything out of metal–and we have the full-service capability to install your fabrication as required.

In addition to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning comfort systems, Tri-State has specialized mechanical capabilities to assist commercial and industrial customers: strict environmental control solutions; high-, medium-, and low-temperature refrigeration service; process ventilation; fume exhaust systems; laboratory equipment service; kitchen equipment service; refrigerated vehicle service; standby power systems; pollution and dust control systems.

Tri-State/Service Roofing & Sheet Metal Group has thirteen locations including: Tri-State Roofing & Sheet Metal Co. in West Virginia and Kentucky; Service Roofing & Sheet Metal Co. in North Carolina and Virginia; Whitley/Service Roofing & Sheet Metal Co. in Virginia; and Marion/Service Roofing & Sheet Metal Co. in Florida. Our group also serves customers in Ohio, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina.
