Chad Brinkley, CCM, is an experienced professional in the real estate and construction industries, currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Pittsburgh History & Landmarks Foundation and Triad Engineering, Inc., while also holding the position of Director at CT PROJECTS since July 2017. With a comprehensive background that includes previous roles as Director of Project Management for CBRE and Project Manager positions at John Deklewa & Sons and Lusardi Construction, Chad has managed a variety of projects across multiple sectors, including office, retail, and hospitality. Additionally, Chad has been involved with the CIERVO FOUNDATION as a Board Member and contributed to the Cranberry Township Planning Advisory Commission. Chad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University.
