Corey Armstrong

Corey Armstrong is a seasoned landscape architect with extensive experience in both professional practice and education. Currently serving as a Senior Project Landscape Architect at Triad Engineering, Inc. since January 2024, Corey has also been a Landscape Architect at A.C. Armstrong Design Group, LLC, and C&S Landscaping, LLC, since 2008 and 2009, respectively. From August 2017 to June 2023, Corey held the position of Director and Instructor of Sustainable Agriculture Entrepreneurship at WVU Potomac State College, contributing to initiatives aimed at training community members and addressing food insecurity through innovative projects like the Frostburg Grows Project. As a Partner at Creek Stone Garden Center from April 2009 to August 2017, Corey collaborated on various gardening and landscaping ventures. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management from Frostburg State University and a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from West Virginia University.
