Lashaunda Lash

Lashaunda Lash is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Goodwill Industries of Central North Carolina, Inc. since September 2021, Lash previously held the role of District HR Generalist at Goodwill Industries of Northwest NC from December 2015 to September 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resource Manager at Pioneer Community Hospital of Stokes from September 2011 to January 2016 and at Catawba Valley Behavioral Healthcare from August 2005 to September 2011. Lashaunda holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Appalachian State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Salem College.
