Stephen Barthelmes

Stephen Barthelmes is a seasoned professional in the RF and microwave industries with over three decades of experience. As the VP Sales and Co-Founder of Triad RF Systems, Inc. since October 2010, Stephen has been involved in the design and manufacturing of advanced communication subsystems and amplifiers. Prior to this role, Stephen co-founded and served as President of Stealth Microwave from June 1996 to October 2010, focusing on solid state RF and microwave power amplifiers. Stephen's entrepreneurial background also includes co-founding SSB Technologies, which specialized in solid state Traveling Wave Tube (TWT) replacements. Earlier roles include MTS positions at AT&T Bell Laboratories and General Electric, where Stephen contributed to the development of radio front-ends and solid state power amplifiers. Stephen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Rider University.
