Bob Tussing

Bob Tussing has a diverse work experience in sales and account management roles in the industrial and electrical distribution markets. Bob started their career at Graybar Electric Company/Lima & Cincinnati in 1986, where they served as an Outside Sales Representative and successfully expanded the customer base. Bob then worked at Richards Electric Supply Co., Inc as an Outside Sales Representative, supporting GE/Fanuc products and providing customer service for sales and service of voice data products. From 2001 to 2003, Bob worked at W.W. GRAINGER, INC, DBA ALLIANCE ENERGY SOLUTIONS as a Territory Manager, managing inventory and increasing profits in the MRO and industrial markets. Later, they joined Impact Agency Inc. as a Manufacturers Sales Representative, leading the country in sales and producing over $4.5 million in engineered products. In 2011, Bob joined Crescent Electric Supply Company as an Outside Sales Representative, where they focused on technical solutions for electrical control and industrial automation. Bob also established a Vendor Managed Inventory program with key accounts. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Kaman Industrial Technologies as an Account Manager. Most recently, Bob held the role of Sales Engineer at Rilco Industrial Controls, Inc. and Triad Technologies, LLC since 2017.

Bob Tussing has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Advertising from Ohio State University/Lima Branch. Prior to that, they attended Lima Central Catholic for their high school education and studied Business.
