Wesley Evans

Wesley Evans has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Wesley started their career in 2001 as a Manager/Trainer at Steak n Shake, where they honed their leadership and training skills. In 2004, Wesley worked as a Production Worker at MasterBrand Cabinets, Inc., before transitioning to the role of Production Supervisor at Berry Global, Inc. That role lasted until 2012.

In 2009, Wesley joined Homestead custom welding and fabrication as a Production/Trainee, working alongside their father to gain hands-on experience in fabricating and welding. During their time there, they learned various welding techniques and operated machinery such as shears, brake presses, and tube rollers.

In 2012, Wesley became an Owner/Operator at B&S Trucking Ltd, where they hauled RV frames to production plants, ensuring efficient routes and maintaining vehicle and equipment according to DOT standards.

From 2013 to 2015, Wesley worked as a Plant Production Floater at Forest River Inc., gaining experience in different areas of plant production.

Since 2015, Wesley has been an Account Manager at Triad Technologies, LLC, where they assume responsibilities related to managing client accounts.

Wesley Evans has a degree from Ivy Tech Community College, where they obtained an Associate's degree in General Studies. Wesley also attended Indiana University South Bend, although no degree or field of study information is provided. In addition to their education, Wesley has obtained several certifications. Wesley received a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute in July 2018. In November 2017, they obtained a Certified Continuous Improvement Manager certification from the Management and Strategy Institute. Additionally, in October 2017, they obtained a TPM Concept certification from the same institute. Lastly, in April 2018, Wesley received a Lean 101- Lean Manufacturing Techniques certification from the Elkhart County Chamber of Commerce.
