Ann Flynt

Ann Flynt is the Director of the Eastern Triad Workforce Initiative and Guilford Apprenticeship Partners at the Community Foundation of Greater Greensboro, a position they have held since 2018. With a diverse background in education, Ann worked as a teacher and administrator at various schools, including Greensboro Day School and St. Pius X Catholic School. Ann began their career as a Commercial Underwriter Management Trainee at Nationwide Insurance Company before transitioning to education. They also contributed to their family as a stay-at-home parent from 1988 to 1995. Ann pursued education at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 2005 to 2007.
