Leslie Long, RDN, LD, is a bilingual Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with extensive experience in clinical research and nutrition services. Leslie has held roles such as Senior Manager of Food and Nutrition Services at TrialMed, overseeing food operations for clinical trials and managing a significant budget. Prior to this, they worked at PPD and Centro Médico ABC, where they developed nutrition plans for patients with various health conditions and conducted collaborative research. Leslie is also the owner of Leslie Long Nutrition, LLC, focusing on group coaching to promote healthy lifestyles.
