Steve Johnson possesses extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as the Director of Construction at Triangle Associates since March 2004. Johnson's expertise includes managing Walmart supercenter projects involving new construction, remodels, and expansions valued between $1 to $14 million, with responsibilities encompassing site development, wetland mitigation, storm water retention, and general contracting services. Prior to this role, Johnson held the position of Director of Construction at IntegraCore Constructors from May 2019 to September 2023 and served as Operations Manager at Owen Ames Kimball from August 1999 to May 2004, where an earlier role as Assistant Superintendent was also undertaken. A graduate of Ferris State University, Johnson earned a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management.
