Joris Brouwer

Joris Brouwer is an experienced HR professional with a background in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as an HR-adviseur at Triangle intérim Nederland since September 2022, Joris previously worked at Lidl Nederland from May 2014 to August 2022 as a winkelmedewerker. During an internship at Scania Group from January 2022 to June 2022, Joris conducted research on workplace diversity focusing on gender distribution while also supporting the HR department. In earlier roles, Joris contributed to HR departments at Agrifirm, conducting studies on Inclusive Diversity and working in Learning & Development. Joris began a career as a consultant at UBN Uitzendbureau from February 2020 to January 2021, following a series of internships. Joris obtained a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Windesheim and is pursuing further education at artra | dé opleider voor arbeidsmarktprofessionals.
