Fred is Chief Operating Officer of Content Critical Solutions and was a key architect of the Company at its inception. As COO, he is responsible for strategic development and shaping the company’s culture, vision, and values. Fred is a Certified Public Accountant and worked as a turnaround consultant for Marotta Gund Budd & Dzera in New York City before forming CCS. His previous experience included roles in both M&A consulting and auditing for Deloitte & Touche, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Ernst &Young. Fred graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a BS in Accounting.
