Casey Gregory

Casey Gregory has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries. From 2007 to 2011, they served as the General Manager for EnviroSolutions Inc., where they oversaw a multimillion-dollar construction project. In 2011, they joined USA, Inc. as a Project Manager until 2012. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at WJ Global as a Global IT Project Manager, overseeing various projects in collaboration with different partners. In 2014, they became the General Manager of AVW of Maryland, managing hauling operations and focusing on waste removal services. Since 2015, Casey has been involved with Triangle Visions Optometry, initially as the Director of IT and later as the Director of IT & Facilities. In this role, they handled various aspects of IT and facility management, including strategic planning, vendor contracts, hardware procurement, and acquisition integrations.
