Dave has previously worked as Director of Manufacturing at Griffin Pipe and Plant Manager at Alcoa, demonstrating expertise in safety, quality, cost management, and continuous improvement initiatives. They earned an MBA in Business from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
