Simon Britton

Simon Britton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consulting and management, currently serving as Founder and Managing Director of Triarchy Consulting since January 2023. Previously, Simon held key positions including Chief Operating Officer and Principal Consultant at Libertas Partners Pty Ltd, and GM Operations and Principal Consultant at Synergy 360 Consulting. Simon's expertise in public sector and defence capability development is further supported by a tenure as Director at Deloitte Consulting. Simon's background includes significant roles in the British Army, where leadership and management acumen were honed over 18 years, culminating in the position of Senior Manager and Director of Training for a Division.
