Simantika Mukherjee

Simantika Mukherjee is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience spanning over 15 years in various organizations. Currently serving as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Tribeca Developers since January 2024, Simantika previously held multiple HR leadership roles at Tata Realty And Infrastructure Ltd from March 2016 to January 2024, including Assistant Vice President and General Manager Human Resources. Earlier experience includes managing regional HR functions at SBI General Insurance and central initiatives at Wipro Limited. Simantika holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology.
