David Hicks

David Hicks is a global experience thought leader and the co-founder and chairman of XM Coach, a specialist advisory practice that coaches leaders to drive improved business performance from the experiences their organizations deliver to customers, colleagues and partners. David Hicks is also the founder and president of TribeCX, a global Customer Experience practice with offices in London, New York and Dubai. Hicks founded Mulberry Consulting in 2003 and led it as CEO until its sale to IHS in 2015. Hicks earned an MBA in Business Strategy from the University of Southampton (1991-1992) and completed Exec Ed in Strategic Marketing Management at Harvard Business School (1996).
